Our 4,20,000 sq. ft. fully automated facility is built to handle the entire process from raw material to finished product, all in-house. Beginning with mechanical seasoning, sanding, and in-house resin preparation with dedicated reactors, every step is controlled for quality and consistency. Doors and frames are enhanced with edge binding, door frame protection systems, and advanced automation at each stage. Finishing is perfected through auto spray booths, UV lacquer coating lines, and automatic lock-cutting stations, ensuring durability, precision, and world-class performance.
